MEET COMPASS

We are a full service BPO that partners with brands to power growth through exceptional customer experience. Our founders were trailblazers in the eComm industry. When they couldn’t find a customer service partner that was as innovative as they were, they built it. Many companies view their customer care as a cost center, but we believe it can be so much more! If you delight the customer, listen to their feedback, and use their insights to gather data about products and offerings, customer care can have a strategic role in growing a business.

Role Overview

No commute. No office. No weekends.

Work Setup: Remote – U.S. Candidates must be located in one of the following states: Ohio (OH), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Texas (TX), North Carolina (NC), Wisconsin (WI), or Michigan (MI)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, 5 days a week
Days Off: Fixed weekends off

The Recruiter will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to assigned business accounts, working closely with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.

This role owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning, sourcing, and candidate management through offer management and onboarding, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, talent availability, and recruitment performance.

The role requires strong account and stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understand business objectives, workforce requirements, organizational changes, and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring priorities, timelines, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively communicate potential hiring risks and market challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted TA advisor, providing recommendations based on talent market insights, candidate availability, compensation, and hiring trends.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.
  • Lead recruitment kick-off meetings and establish clear hiring requirements and success profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity, volume, location, and talent market.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, talent communities, and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with role requirements and business needs.
  • Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback collection, and selection processes.
  • Lead offer management and support hiring managers through final selection and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with HR and Operations to ensure a seamless pre-employment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing high-volume or complex hiring.
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Lead, TA Partner, Account Recruitment, BPO, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
