Who We Are Looking For:

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer / Production Specialist in our Creative Services department. We are looking for a candidate with the drive and determination to produce perfection who can work as part of our in-house team producing graphic design for our clients in the life sciences industry.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately producing the design, layout, and revisions of the following:

• Scientific posters
• Meeting collateral
• PowerPoint presentations
• Publications, Brochure, Newsletters, Sales Aids, etc
• Figure redraws
• Logos
• eBlasts
• And, more

Requirements:

• Complete knowledge and mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fast keyboard and data-entry skills.
• Complete understanding of color usage for final deliverable.
• Have a fanaticism for perfection and pushing the envelope to produce high-quality deliverables for our clients.
• Excellent multitasking with and the ability to manage multiple client requests at the same time and execute them accurately.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Great organizational, time management, listening and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable in a small business environment with an entrepreneurial spirit that can add value to their work.
